IGREK introduces big steps of improvement for becoming a multi-functional supplier of main industry!
1) CASTING CAPACITY:
IGREK, improved its casting capacity after installing brand new INDUCTOTHERM (USA) Inductional Melting Furnaces. Now we can supply up to 20 tons / piece in Gray Iron and 12 tons / piece in Steel Alloy Castings.

POLYSTROL CNC MACHINING CENTERS:
From the beginning of year 2003, our company started making polystrol (styrophor) patterns for its foundary. Now we have 2 new Machining Centers from Germany for Model making. Please check the technical properties and photos of our machines below:

MACHINING :
IGREK added its machinary park 4 new HSM CNC Vertical Machining centers. The Table Sizes of the machines are 500 x 500 mm. The control units of these machines are Mitsubishi CNC. These machines are just what you need for getting small sized serially produced “machined casting parts”.
