Main idea of Foundary IGREK is being a capable supplier of different techniques of casting parts. We are specialized in Cast Iron (GG, GH series..); Nodular Cast Iron (GGG..); and Steel Alloys as materials. These types of chemical properties are precisely obtained and analyzed with a high-tec laboratuary support. Including spectrometers and other important metal quality measuring devices.
Another key point in our foundary is variant sizes of pieces. We cast either small sized mass productional parts with automatic moulding machines or big automotive mould&die castings with FULL MOULD technique(up to 12000kg).
Thus Bursa being a central city for automotive industry, there are many qualified pattern maker shops thereby. Also in IGREK we make styrophor patterns for different types of parts with CNC machining.

1. With Hand: Manually with Quartz sand mixed with coal dust
sentetical sand.
2. Automatic Moulding Machine: HWS-Hsp1 moulding line with sand
press for mass production.
3. Continuous Sand Mixing Machines:AXMANN Turbo Mixers prepare
30tons of sand per hour.

In IGREK we have different types of surface cleaning equipment to send parts with best surface quality. We have a big blasting machine to hang big parts with the length of 5,5m and 10tons of weight capacity. And we have rotary blasting machine from GEORG-FISCHER for smaller parts.
